110 Grand Street, Jersey City, NJ

This 6,000 square foot former townhouse was purchased in 2002 in a dilapidated state. Shuster's unique market knowledge positioned the firm to recognize the strong residential demand for high end housing in the area. Over an 18 month period, Shuster converted the space to luxury residential condominiums.
Without Shuster's strong construction knowledge, this project would not have been a success. Throughout the property's history, two different structures existed at this address. One was built in 1849 and was utilized as a convent. The other was built in the 1920s and contained classrooms.
