This project involved two neighboring buildings in Jersey City. A condominium conversion of the buildings, each with a total of 6 units, was successfully orchestrated by the Shuster construction management team.
Shuster's local market knowledge was reflected in the specialized floor plates that were adapted for the buildings. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom units with shared living space was ideal for the local university student community.
By specializing to the market demands, Shuster was able to quickly convert and sell the units at a significant profit.
