Shuster conducted the restoration of this 1930s, vintage-style building with elegant terra cotta facade in the Journal Square area of Jersey City. Originally a rental property, many of the 54 units have steadily undergone conversion to condos--including several gut renovations--when vacancies permitted. Additionally, all common areas received facelifts. The building features an elevator, laundry washer and dryer units, and a superintendent on premises. 333 Fairmount is currently under Shuster Property Management.
