Shuster fully renovated the brick and terra cotta facade, including the ground-floor retail space, and upgraded the mechanical systems of this dual-use (work/live) building in the heart of Manhattan's Fashion District. Respected developer Hank Sopher subsequently purchased the property for $54 million.
